i just made a woolly mammoth from a schematic   it worked.
i found the tone stack  and learned how to get rid of the pinch control
experimented with values

i know this doesn't seem much to where you guys are at in your understanding of electronics
but for me this was a huge (light bulb turns on moment)

I'm gonna try learning about and building tone stacks next

I'm so jazzed i had to share, my wife was not really getting my enthusiasm (didn't stop her from stealing my kingslayer for her self)

i read this forum ever day

electronics are the coolest. they're not difficult, but it takes years to develop an intuition for them.

Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

It has its downsides, my wife was trying to steal my ebow tonight.  :)

What? No! Got any videos of ebow playing? I have seen them, but never in action.

Here's a great video by Phil Keagy using the ebow.

The wife is a great player / songwriter but she took up bass lately and that has really shaken up dynamics lots of changes..... miss her playing guitar
