Nautilus problems

Hey there. Wired up my Nautilus a little bit ago, had some power issues that i've somewhat resolved (pedal failed to power up entirely). My pedal is currently powering up, i'm getting bypass, and i'm getting affected signal. The affected signal however is real screwy. It's very unpredictable, occasionally "locks up" on certain frequencies, and essentially just isn't right and not usable to tonal playing (though some of the noises its been making have been kind of cool ;)). I have voltages from my IC's here:

IC5 seems to be getting powered correctly but the TL074's obviously don't look anywhere near right. I'm still getting the hang of troubleshooting pedals, I've looked over the circuit/wiring/etc. several times now and haven't spotted anything. With this information, was just wondering if someone would be able to point me in a closer direction of where my error(s) lie(s). Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!

Looking at the schematic, you should be getting +9V to pin 4 of both tl074s and -9V to both pin 11s, but it looks like you're getting the opposite.  Have you checked they are installed them the right way around?

Thanks for taking a look! You're comment made me realize I made a bonehead read of my IC's. They are in the correct position, I accidentally read the pin numbers backwards. So pin 14 is actually 1, pin 13 is 2, etc.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm officially stumped.

Did you try audio probing, seeing where you're losing signal?

I have not. Not really sure how to do that but I'll do a little googling and get at it. Even though I am getting sound to the amp, I should be able to pinpoint the disruption with probing?

Check the tech help rules thread. It contains instructions for making and using an audio probe. It's an invaluable debugging tool.
