Zombii Volume Knob Help

hello folks. I've got my zombii built but the volume knob doesn't fluctuate the volume when turned. Any help or suggestions? Thanks

I'll throw out some suggestions (cuz of your rad username)
Is the volume pot a 5kB (linear)?
Are lugs 1,2,3 wired in the correct order?
Could the pot be damaged?
Is the knob tightened to the pot so that it turns when the knob is turned?

After that, I'd check to make sure all the connections are made in reference to schematic and pcb printing.
You could find out if it's a soldering problem by using a multi-meter to check continuity.

Without any specific details or pictures, it's going to be hard to give you any reliably sound advice about how to fix the problem.

I will say that my volume is pretty significiant with my zombii. About 9 O'clock is unity, and up past that it gets quite loud quite quickly.
