Upper Deck (triple wreck) Crunch Dial Not working

Hi all!

Built this one up, sounds great!  But im having one problem.

The crunch dial does nothing.  Switching the boost switch also does nothing.  The other switch on the layout (SW) adds some top end to the effect but i dont think that is related this problem.

The voltages at the transistor look correct to my eye...if that means anything:
C - 0.291v
B - 0.739v
E - 0.175v

Basically anything after C31 has close to zero volts.  all the resistors, caps and the dial are basically at zero.  Nothing is getting through c31.  I orginally had a tantalum 2.2uf on that spot, tried it both ways around, nothing.  replaced it with a 1uf film just to see if it would work, still the switch and the crunch dial do nothing at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think i worked it out...i just wired a switch on the boost spot and didnt realise it replaces out / g / in!

Thats got to be it.  Ill try it tomorrow night.  Thanks for reading
