Yep.  I have some Ross boards on the way as well.

I also came across one of those old RCA can chips as well.  Looking forward to giving it a go.  I don't expect it to sound any different than the DIP-8 version, but it'll look cool.

  thanks guys for the suggestions...jon says its a noisy chip..but it'll be okay if its not in the audio path...and pickdropper is right!...it will look goooood on my build!... ..looking forward to build a ross or an engineer's thumb!...
