Drilling template

Anyone have a drilling template for two foot switches on a 1590BB orientated portrait? .
I am needing one for my multiplex build.
I of course have the template for the knobbies from Josh's excellent build doc. I am just trying to place the foot switches, power jack and 1/4" jacks.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check out the boneyard documentation on the project page  I think it has three footswitches portrait 1590bb, just omit the middle footswitch.
