sparkplug with bite

  G'day Madbeaners, Matt here. Happy New Year and i hope 2013 is good to you all.
Gotta say, glad it didn't all end on the 21st Dec, lot's more pedals to build
I did a count of the pedals i'd built the other day and to my surprise this is number 19, very very addictive as you all know.
Anyhow here is a Madbean Sparkplug to standard specs with a ne5532 op amp(will experiment some more with the opamp choices)
Haven't played it a great deal as yet, but through my rig, i much prefer the sound i'm getting with the Led clipping and it sounds better to me with less gain and more volume.
With the mosfets engaged, and with the gain anywhere past 12 oclock i'm getting some fizzy note decay, but as i said i think it sounds better with the gain down anyhow.
Looked for ages for some artwork that suited, something sparkplugish, gave up and whacked on the snake you see cause i thought it suited the colour, (copper)
