Hey Guys. I've finished a Sea Urchin and it was working perfectly until boxing.

Project: Sea Urchin
substitutions: voltage regulator 78L05 (was working fine..)
I've found some loose wires and correct them. The pedal started to work again. the wires on the jacks and 3PDT were checked and seemed ok!
Than, after closing the box, again , No Delay.
When working, seems that the values are as expected:
PT2399
5      2.4
2.4   2.4
0      2.4
0      2.4
2.9   2.4
2.4   2.4
.2     2.4
.6     2.4

TL072
4.2      8.4
4.2      4.2
4.1      4.2
0         4.1
Regulator
9.0
0
5.0

When it doesn't work (at the moment :(  ), the Value of the Regulator is
Regulator
6.6
0
4.8

PT2399
4.8     2.4
2.3     2.4
0         2.4
1.8      2.4
4.8      2.4
2.4     2.4
0         0,6
4.5     4.2

Tl072
3.34   6.7
3.34   3.34
3.34   3.34
0       3.34

When im getting no sound, the pin 4 of the PT2399 showed 1.8V instead of 0.
I've checked for solder bridges, etc and couldn't find the probl. As I mentioned, it was working fine for several hours, so the solder points should be ok.
I've also changed the PT2399 for other 2 obtaining the same values...
any help?
cheers

Did you try bridging pins 3&4 of the pt2399?  I had to do that to mine to get it to work consistently.

No , I didn't. I followed the build report 100%.
I've got it working again, but no idea how. it seems that removing the PT2399 and putting again solved the issue...for how long...I don't know..
do you do the bridge with just solder?
thanks

try bridging it with any conductor, mine was having glitches and when I did the 3 & 4 bridging, it was working 100%.

I just used a clipped off leg from resistor.  It would work for a while then just quit.  The 3&4 bridge fixed it.

I just made a solder bridge with solder. Fixed it.
Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

Great, I've just soldered the bridge...unfortunately cant test because I decided to unbox it and give to the box a couple more coats of clear lacquer.. :P
I think I have a voodoo on my sea urchin...hhehehe
