Mushroomizer (Afterlife)

This is my first 1590A pedal.
The name: I don't know why but when I heard it for the first time, with the settings of the pic below, I just thought of mushrooms popping here and there! 
The 1UP pot is the Midwayfair Sensitivity mod, really useful!
All the components except for the jacks are standard size components.
