Ibanez WH-10 wah

I was watching a RHCP concert on Youtube, and I really loved Frusciante's wah sound.  Searching around led me to the Ibanez WH-10.  I found a layout and schem, but I have no idea if they're correct/verified.  Seems to be a bit different than the run of the mill Crybaby.

I'll attach the layout I found-it is NOT my work, just attaching for evaluation purposes.

Any info you guys could give me about this wah would be much appreciated, I literally never even knew they existed until this morning
