Cap Options for QVibe Charge Pump Board

Just a quick question about C1 in the wee lt1054 board available in the qvibe document (not the road rage).  I'd really like to use a low profile electrolytic for space saving reasons but all the 100uF caps I have that are over 16v are of the larger variety.

Which of these 3 options would be the most preferable

a) 16v 100uF cap.  It looks like the cap may be before the 18v happens?  is that ok?
b) 25v 47uF cap.  OK to sub 47u?
c) use the big 100uF cap and just deal with it.
