Quadrovibe only works last in pedal chain

Been enjoying my quadrovibe quite a bit.  However...When it's last in the chain it's fine, but when it's anywhere else, it kills my chain.  I get no sound.  Not sure what's going on.  Any help would be appreciated.

GhostofJohnToad, you will need to provide a little more info. Can you give us a picture of how you have your jacks/3pdt wired? IOW a gut shot.

I think I have a short somewhere.  Been investigating and it's real spotty.  I almost think I have a bad jack, as certain cords work more consistently than others.  I'll try to get a gut shot shortly.
