Egodriver noise

HI I built an egodriver circuit,and o the gain knob on over 3 o clock has noise.if i move the DC plug the noise is bigger.the same thing happends when i touch or move the jacks.
it is possible to be from 3pdt switch ground or LED??
I make the wiring of 3pdt and after i put hot glue on 3pdt legs but the wire from the ground leg is cut.the hot glue cover up the ground leg from switch and i scratch the glue with a knife to saw the leg.after all that i solder the wire to switch edge.
what is your opinion??
