Another Tubescreamer

Just debugged this one and it sounds great!  This is the Madbean Tube Screamer O.S.P.  Pretty much a straight build with a TLO72 opamp and 1N4148 diodes.  Dormant Granny Smith Green powder coat.

The 3PDT board really sped up the wiring, and for once I didn't reverse the input and output jacks   I highly recommend those boards!

Very clean looking build! Congrats! The paintjob really pops nicely in the light and the inside is very well organized. Probably need to start thinking of getting some of those 3PDT boards myself.

The red, white, and black wires look like they're ribboned... that is seriously clean considering all the flying wires in it

Good eye   Yeah, that's ribbon wire from Radio Shack.  First time I ever worked with it.  I like it, but the coating shrinks quite a bit when you solder it.

Hey, this looks really cool! I'm hoping to pick your brain on how you laid everything out. I'm planning a build that will have a toggle or two and an etched board, similar to this.

Is your box a 1590b? Did you have any trouble fitting the toggle switches under the board without them raising the board up?

Yes, this is a 1590b from Tayda.  I actually did have clearance issues.  Everything fit fine when I did a "dry fit", but I didn't take into account how much the wiring would add to the height.  It would have been fine if I'd planned a little better, I think.  I ended up doing an LED boarder to give a little extra clearance.  Kinda cheating, but it looks cool
