Noob parts question

For 220pf cap on the Egodriver is http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Xicon/140-50P2-221K-RC/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMsh%252b1woXyUXj3vaHGRyT6H%2ft86oHPmVFeE%3d the right cap? Figured out the resistors but still having trouble figuring out the cap ordering. Seems there is a ton of options and the voltage is the variable.  I'm assuming the higher the voltage the bigger the cap?

That part should work fine -- good size and lead spacing.  I usually try to spec my electrolytic caps for no more than twice the voltage they're liable to see, but ceramic disk and film caps are usually rated pretty high.
