Resistor identification

Okay, this may be the most newb question I will ever ask! I am just about to start sourcing parts for my second build and have come up against something I didn't encounter in the first.

When resistors are identified with an "R" instead of a "K" or "M", does that mean the values should only be in ohms as opposed to K ohms or M ohms? In other words, would 470R mean 470 ohms? I've only ordered from Small Bear and Mammoth, but they don't list them with the "R".

Yep.  R = Ohms in this context.  That's a good thing to catch early, too.  Mistaking an R for a K is one of the most common mistakes.

I believe you did! And it was helpful in identifying all those resistors I got from Small Bear! I just hadn't dealt with anything under the k-ohms level during that first build.
