Toadworks Mad Dog Fuzz

Hi Guys,

A while ago a friend gave me a Toadworks pedals to repair.
It is a Mad Dog Fuzz an it has a volume drop when engaged. It's is like 10-20% of what is should be.
I googled it and found others that experience the same issue but never found a solution.
Also can't find a schematic anywhere and contacting this Ryan fellow... well.... he just won't reply to anything...
So...
Anyone got any tips?

I traced the circuit, hope it's correct. maybe it helps.
