Jig to hold enclosure while drilling?

I used to use a machinist's vise or an X-Y table on a mill to drill, but I don't bother with anything these days as the Hougen rotacut bits I use don't have a tendency to spin the enclosure like twist bits do.  At this point, I only use twist bits for 3mm and 5mm led holes.  I have basically retired my step bits.
