I got something similar to that off Wish not long ago for my Megatron build.  The idea was that the bank switches would light up when pressed.  Unfortunately, the switches lit up... and that was it, regardless of if the pushbutton was on or off, so that was irrelevant to my needs.  I really wanted some light up buttons for that build...
