I haven't but the guys on 60 Cycle Hum and a few other podcast have been using them and love them for those back row pedals.

Have not had a chance to try them yet, but I've definitely been seeing them pop up on more and more boards. The barefoot brand ones look incredibly satisfying to stomp... a statement that would sound extremely creepy in most other contexts.

Wouldn't take much to bore out a cheap aluminum knob then add a couple more holes and tap for set screws.

Thanks. The plastic ones by mooer look cheap, but if you add "aluminum" to the search, it gets better. Bought ten, will report.

Looks good :-). Will check, if the three set screws hold them tightly, the pockets are a bit too deep (so they might cover the switch if they slip, resulting in a non-accessible stomp...).
