BLMS DPDT Momentary switches??

Does anyone else use Lawrence's DPDT Momentary switches? (PCB mount)

I cannot get to his site right now but, they look like this:



I have had 5 of these switches fail on me  (Before you ask... yes, I will contact Lawrence and tell him) I am just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Seems they all fail in the same manner. They start acting like latching switches instead of momentary. Weird.
