Hey y'all,

I'm putting together a Blueshift right now and I have everything but that last capacitor. I ordered his provided Mouser shopping cart of parts back in October, but that pesky 4.7u low-profile bipolar capacitor remains out of stock. Frustrating to get the email every couple weeks when the projected ship date passes kicking the can down the road. I'm only missing that one cap and it's driving me crazy right now. My question is if I can use a regular polar 4.7u electrolytic cap, if I can use a different value or if anyone has a different 4.7u bi-polar guy.

(important to note that capacitor that is not low-profile will not fit)

Same part, but in "cut tape" packaging rather than bulk. So you'd get it on a card board strip rather than loose in a bag.

And, in stock. So just add this to your shopping cart instead (same price even) and off you go.

For future reference, you can fake a bipolar electro with two caps of twice the value, in series, with the two positive legs tied to each other in the middle, and the two outside negative legs going where the bipolar cap should have.
