Labeled audio jack washers

Does anyone know if someone makes prelabeled jack washers? I'm looking for something to use to label send/return jacks and would like to do something similar to the Treble/Rhythm switch on a Les Paul, except smaller and for an audio jack. A more typical decal label won't work for my particular application.

I know Mojotone used to carry some, but they don't seem to any longer. I see several Etsy stores advertising custom washers though, perhaps that is an option?

Maybe I will just get a stamp set and make some. That looks like what the Etsy people are doing.

When I've stamped washers, I'd mark the stamp with a marker and then wipe off an extra. It helped make the lettering stand out more.
