Projects temperamental??

Maybe this sounds familiar.... you put the pcb together it works a rest you then put it away in a box. Weeks later you decide to make an Enclosure for it only to discover when it's all built it doesn't work, not grounding out just sounding different or doing something weird. It's really pissing me off. Not a build in particular several different ones at different times. It's like they need to be put into a Enclosure straight away or they're fukd
