I just finished the GLAM and I'm not happy with the sound of it. I checked all my solders and resistors but it just sounds dull and sounds more like a tremolo effect than a chorus. It also has a latency like 50ms, so much that its hard to play and stay in beat.
The only thing I can think of is I used  an electrolytic cap instead of tantalum for C11. I have the pedal biased at 5.99 volts.

..it seems your dry signal is not mixing with the modulated signal that is why you are getting tremolo/vibe sound..

We need more than just text.  Show us pics and give us IC readings.  I think there may be a beginner's guide somewhere here; try to find and read it.

Side note, I'm in Anna, TX... I guess I could try to help if you brought it to me. :)

I just checked voltages on IC1, it's referred to as IC2 in the tech notes:
Pin 11=3.7v
pin 13=87milivolts
pin 14=104millivolts
pin15 = 71millivolts
these are the only pins way outta spec 2.51v
the rest are within +/-.05 volts

Don't know if it's just the picture but it looks like you have some cold solder joints. I'd re-flow the board.

after re-flow all pins are showing correct voltage except pin 13, I'll reflow that pin in a while
