Phase 45

ive come across 2x 2N5457's they were labelled .40v so I assume I matched them at some point but never did anything with them, would they work for a p45 project.

Generally the answer would be yes. It is very easy to use a breadboard and verify they're a matched pair.

I built a Phase 45 on veroboard and I tried two random J201s, I had just those, I adjusted the trimmer and the phase effect worked fine.

I have now tried them in a glacticon(stomptown) build and they work fine

I used a couple of random 5484s a couple of times in smoothie builds and they've been fine.
