Tail mod on Boss DM3

..how would you go about a BOSS DM3 to have a tail mod?..by looking at the schematic my guess is to remove the jfet tansistor connected on pins 10 and 11 of 1571 IC..jumper it then transfer the jfet sw to the input of 1571 IC pin 8...any suggestions from the experts 'round here..tnx in advance..

rather than mod a classic pedal (which might decrease it's value), you might consider making or buying an effects loop pedal that is able to preserve tails. not sure what's on the market but someone must have built something like this.

..tnx stecykmi for your concern about decreasing the value of my DM3...i guess i found the answer on the Aquaboy deluxe project..i just need to add a fet switching system...
