Total Recall....just noise on ic7 pin 3/4

I'm happy to say this thing is fixed and biased. It sounds awesome. Glad I didn't give up. I actually found two resistors that I screwed up on  just goes to show that you should take your time. If I wouldn't have messed those up, this would have been ready to go from the beginning and would have saved me a ton of frustration, lol
