Black Arts Toneworks Crown of Horns Art

Does anyone have a Black Arts Toneworks "Crown of Horns"? If so, tell me one thing: is the artwork all a decal? Or is it a silk screen? I've never seen one in person, but if that's a decal it sure is the finest looking one I've ever seen.

I did the PCB layout for that pedal (I've done all of Black Arts pedals, actually), so I can ask Mark what he used. It might be UV printed. I know he used to be silkscreen only, but once he went with more complex artwork and colors, I think he switches processes. I'll ask.
