Collosalus won't quite flange

Hello,

I built a 2015 Collosalus and it's definitely doing something, but I wouldn't call it flanging. It affects the sound, but it doesn't move. I'm powering it via my bench power supply at 8.95V.

I am having problems with this 18v build as well, but I am getting no sound whatsoever.  Thanks for the q1-q5 voltages, I will compare them to mine tonight.

I also have a low voltage on leg 1 of ic7.

Mine is a 9V build.

Whoops, sorry.  Too early this morning I guess, I thought yours was 18v.

Are 3 and 2 on your manual pot soldered together?
