Brian,

It looks like the same problem is present in the 2015 Collosalus document as it was in the older version.

IC6 Pin 5 should be the same as Pin 2. You have Pin 2 voltage listed as 7.38V and Pin 5 listed as 0V but they are tied together  :-\
