Collosallus 2015 question

Hi all, about to embark on this build and had a question. C13 and C14 are both listed as 15uF. However, they are in series making their effective capacitance 7.5uF. If I were to sub a 10uF and a 33uF, the effective capacitance would be approximately 7.67uF. Not really a huge difference considering electro tolerances, but I wanted to bounce the idea off you guys before I tried it. Thoughts? Concerns? Also, if it is a bad idea, does anybody have two 15uF caps to spare? Thanks for reading...
