I have a clean output, no flange.

Clean audio probe signal on MN3007 pin 3, nothing on 7 or 8.

Some wacky looking voltages, don't know where to begin. Please advise.

I had no issues with the previous version of the Collosalus, but I used an older 4013 I had for years, don't recall the prefix or suffix.  This CD4013BE I purchased from Tayda. I also used JRC4580s on the last build and they sounded great.

I tried BC549 (no suffix) also from Tayda, then BC550c. Voltages below are with the BC550Cs.

I have 1 more MN3007, 4013 and a couple 4049s. Don't want to try them until someone else gets a looks at these voltages.

This does not look right. Could you repost with what voltages are on what pins? Like the following:

Pin 1: 15.2
Pin 2: 10.9V
etc.

You've got a lot of bad voltages on your CD4049UBE, CD4013 and MN3007.  Voltage on pin 7 of IC3 should vary, but that may just be a symptom.  Based on the fact that your MN3007 (IC9) pin 5 isn't grounded (0V), I'm guessing you may have some bad solder joints or a poor connection to ground.  Try reflowing the joints on all those pins and triple check for shorts.

Can you post good photos of both sides of the board?

My guesses:

- Looks like you might have a short between MN3007 Pins 1 and 2. You have ~15V on Pin 2 but, you should have 0 on Pin 1.
- Clock pulse going to Pin 6 of the MN3007 is 0. Should be ~15V just like Pin 2. Use the schematic and work back from there.

Actually should be approx half supply on 2 & 6 not 15V so you have no clock either.

Solved! Thank you!

In the process of taking pictures I spotted 2 issues. 1st, embarrassingly I hadn't soldered IC9 pin 5's socket. But I also noticed the solder for R41 didn't look right. Turns out the grommet was loose and there was no connection between R41 and R42. The other side of R41 looked dodgy too, but was making a connection to 15Vs. When I pulled out R41, both sides looked like the grommet had pulled out as well. Luckily, I was able to solder the leads directly to their connecting points, R42 and 15Vs.

Sounds fantastic, maybe my favorite pedal of all time.

If I can figure out how to re-size the pics, I'll post them in case they can help others.

Thanks again!

Cool!  Glad you found it.  The R41-R42 issues sounds like it would've been tricky to find.  Good eye!
