NomNom and Magnavibe two-in-one?

I have a populated NomNom, and was thinking of knocking together this Magnavibe: http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/2012/01/bigfoot-fx-magnavibe.html

I thought they might be cool sharing an enclosure (vibrato into phaser maybe?) but I didn't know if there was anything glaringly obvious that would make this a bad idea? I'm not well versed in the rules or things to avoid with two-in-ones to make sure there's no weird noise or problems. I thought I'd ask you far more knowledgeable chaps!
