Hi all -

I'm looking to get a bit more bass out of my porkbarrell build.

my thought was - wet switch puts c25 in parallell with c17. I find even with guitar, its a little thin for my liking on the dry side. my plan was to swap c17 with a 33n (roughly the same as with the wet switch engaged now), and then another 12n/22n in place of c25 for bigger bass. I'm using my chorus for both bass and guitar BTW...

I will test this out in the next few days and report back  ;D

Yep, should work a-okay. Please tell us what you find :)

Swapped a 33n and 12n into C17 and C25. I'll have to test it at full volume at practise tomorrow to be sure, but the difference is subtle to my ears - could easily bump the 12n up to 22n I should think

Just finished my Pork Barrel. What a beautiful chorus, easy build too - thanks Madbean.

Using mine also mostly on bass too, a fretless. I'm finding not quite enough low end (for me) when 'wet' switch is engaged. Gonna try experimenting with some values of C25 & C17 this weekend.

Cheers
