my nemesis ever (popping switch)

well what can i say, i dont see why i got all this pop on almost every pedal, now i have build an afterlife and its awsome, but there its the popping when i engaged the pedal, when i bypass the pedal i dont have the pop problem, im using a mammoth pro 3PDT( i bought a pcb instead of sulder lugs) im using afterlife wiring diagram which its as far as i can tell grounding out and input, so i dont think its a ground or switch problem could it be the output tantalum bad??

Measure if you have any DC voltage at the input or output of the compressor.
I have had issues lately especially with electrolytic caps on the output. Seems like the Tayda ones I used were a bit leaky ...
When I replaced them with a ceramic or other non electrolytic there was no more DC voltage and the pop was gone.

i was going to do that todaym when i get home i see i have change other 2 electro for nichicon capsbut still the same so i will aim for the output cap that tamtalum its from mammoth but, still may be leaky

Solving popping issues can be very frustrating. 

Sometimes, the popping isn't even the switch's fault - it's the LED drawing lots of current when engaged.  Try disconnecting the LED and see if that changes anything.
