Boneyard with 2 tone pots?

Is there any relatively simple way to add tone control to the high gain and crunch channels independently?  Rather than just one master tone?

 As far as I can tell, you could do a major modification to the original schematic, but it's not likely this is possible with the current boneyard project here.

You could put a pair of tone pots on a switch and switch between them though, but that would require a fourth switch on the pedal.

Ive seen a company that mods the cm plexitone for two added tone knobs I think, but I don't know how to go about the modification. trying to find that link right now
