Question about PCB grounding (that I really should already know the answer to)

Hey all

I've just received my latest PCB to work on- A Shin-Ei FY2 board from PedalParts.co.uk

I was just having a look at the scematic and trying to follow it along on the PCB. I have noticed that on the schematic C7 has one leg connected to R5 and R6 which I can clearly see on the PCB. The other leg is shown as connecting to ground. I have looked at the PCB and this 2nd leg doesn't seem to be connected to anything. My question is if there is no trace coming from this pad, how does the signal connect to ground?

Here are the schematic and a scan of the PCB to hopefully help illustrate my point.

Thanks in advance

See how there is a lighter area on most of the underside of the board? There's a "ground plane," which is a pour of copper over as much of the board as they could get (the darker spots are where the copper pour couldn't fit between some other components). The capacitor is connected to that.

Perfectly explained.

Thanks as always for your help Jon, it is greatly appreciated.
