does anyone know where to order PIO caps except ebay?
thanks

cooder

FWIW I have ordered quite a bunch of russian PIO caps on ebay and it worked great for me, every parcel turned up fully correct and the caps are the sh#t for amp building IMO and I also use them as tone caps in guitars.
Other suppliers apart from ebay I have checked before, found some but prices were inflated and I didn't regret at all ordering from Russia via ebay.

A few people at Wattkins have used this store, i believe in the motherland.

Not pio, but I use tropical fish caps sometimes. Not too expensive and they look cool imo. Big mojo factor...

Clark Gainster w/ tropical fish caps. They are the ones with the multi-colored horizontal stripes.

thats interesting, great now i know how they look ;)

ive read the gainster also uses pio caps (the green ones)

heres a pic

seems they built different ones.

actually i want to build a hoochee mama pedal, anyone heard of this? its a gainster clone with mojo parts. the only thing i know for sure is that the hoochee mama uses a 4558 chip instead of the LF353
some hm builds use orange drops capactors as well

i go with PIO and mallory caps, and with carbon comp resistors ;) im very curious how it will sound
