Just thought I would share one of my latest builds... Sloth-Claw! I think it turned out pretty cool.

     Sanded w/ 320 grit to give it a rougher look on the bare metal, and the artwork is actually ironed on from a laser jet print out (set at it's darkest setting), on glossy laser jet paper, and ironed on for 15 min... when I put the spray on lacquer on, I sprayed it alot closer to the enclosure than you normally would for this, because I found that it darkened up the image alot more, when done this way...
