I follow a few foreign forums and today at Handmades forum I found a post for 2 different wahs that looked pretty cool and thought I would see what you guys thought.

The same guy "Victor Nery" made both layouts.

Here is a video of the switchless which looks pretty cool

The other is a Super Cry Baby with the same switchless

I may etch and give them a try. The Super Cry Baby looks like fun. I have a few wah enclosures on their way I can play with.

If you never been to Handmades take a look around, the people over there make some very cool projects.

Wow this is neat!  8)

I've always hated the bypass switch on my wah pedals. Ill have to give this a closer look but it looks like he is using Zvex probe sensor circuit to trigger LDRs as switches. Cool!

The behringer Hellbabe I got to turn into a volume pedal also works switchless with LDRs. There is a piece of cardboard attached to the top part of the pedal with two slits cut into. The bigger one is for the bypass, the smaller one for the actual wah effect. I have to admit the bypass worked quite well but the way effect was horrible.
I build pedals to hide my lousy playing.
