got an email back from them - seems like a broker, I asked about stock, and units were not there at their facility.  They search things out.

However, I did find this other place, which is similar, but does stock some things.  Downside, is they have a $300 minimum.

has stock on bc109, bc107b, 2n1711, 2n3565, 2n404

I'd be down to group buy some BBD if they're reasonably priced.
I build stuff for myself, sometimes I do 1 offs, I label them as HornBlende Audio.

Just a heads up, this was tried with UTsource some years back... it ended with several batches of fakes.

Smallbear also got fake 3005s and having been in the business a long time i'm guessing his brokers are pretty reliable.

Has anyone ever bought from New Jersey Semiconductor?

It looks like they actually still make germanium transistors.  I think some of the ones from byoc are from them, and maybe mammoth also?
