Just finished building a Kingslayer v1. I think everything was as the BOM except I used a 390k instead of 392K. I am looking to get as much drive at max as I get with the Aion Refractor build. What can I change or mod to get there?

what have you used for clipping diodes??

You could increase R11. Gain is currently R11/R9+1 at max = 212x. If you make R11 say 680K, you will get 341x gain at max. That's the easiest thing to do without changing any cutoff frequencies. However, that's really just going to add op amp clipping. The op amp started clipping way back around 5X. And 200x gain is pretty massive.

im not sure, if op amp clipping will be good though.... but its a matter of taste... but be careful not to blow the op amp

This is version 1 of the Kingslayer which already has R11 at 1M. The diodes I used were 1N4148, and 1N34A.

You can try dropping R9 to half. If you get any whine then try a different op-amp like the TL074.
