Harbinger One speed pot not working or lfo?

 Hey all, just finished a harbinger one build...  rocking it before I boxed it and the speed is not doing anything.
Without the light shield I can see that the lamp is on so that is good... I can turn the brightness up or down with the trimmers and with the lamp dimmed down,
if I use the light in the room and move the light shield up and down I can hear it doing the vibe thing... not sure where to begin to trouble shoot but any pointers would be great!  Can post pics. Also can do voltage readings if I know what to look for... Thanks!

Did you forget to connect the indicator LED? 99% of the time this is the problem is the problem if your lamp lights but your LFO isn't working.

Since it was not in the box I did not think about hooking up the rate LED... that was it!   THANKS!!!
