Added daughterboard, now power is acting strange

I built an overdrive pedal and and later added a two band eq daughterboard. I wired the 9v supply of both pcbs straight to the power jack. When I plug it into my power daisy chain on my pedal board, it doesnt come on, and neither will any of the other pedals on the chain. I checked the power with my multimeter and it only reads in the 3v range. Whats up with that? Is there a different way I was supposed to wire the power?

Nevermind. IC was in backwards.
I seem to find the solutions right after I post a question about it.
