I'd like to add a simple daughterboard, for a one band eq to cut/boost bass, to a build. I was looking around at layouts and they all seem to have large ICs and I want to keep it as small as possible. Any guidance?
I build, and once in a while I might sell, pedals as "Vertigo Effects".

I'm thinking of installing a 2 band eq daughter board on my sunking, and I'm wondering where in the circuit would be the best place for it. I'll leave the current tone control as is. I want to be able to boost/cut some low end and some high end. I was thinking of inserting it between R24 and volume lug 3. Is that a good place?

Well, isn't the tone control already the treble part of a baxandall circuit?
So I'd say you just need to expand R21/R22 (R19/R18 in the Sunking II) into the bass part.
