Etching PCB's - What are you drilling your holes with?

Hey guys

    Are you using a Dremel to drill your holes on an etched PCB?  And if so any specific models and brands you prefer?

I use #71 carbide bits in a Dremel drillpress, covers just about every component i use. Where needed, i'll enlarge the few holes with a #65 carbide bit (with drillpress.)

Carbide bits- drillpress absolutely necessary at this size. HSS bits you might get away with by hand but they dull/die quick.

I use a proxxon drill with the proxxon drill press. 0.8mm tungsten carbide drill bits.

When I did it, I used 0.8mm or 1mm HSS drill bits. They are perfectly usable, but as Dave said above, they blunt very quickly!

.8mm carbide PCB drill bits (ebay) and a dremel drill press. Run at max speed.

There's a PCB carbide bit set for $5 or so from eBay. I use those plus a cheap drill press from Canadian Tire.
