Cave Dweller Dry Signal only !?!

Just built a Cave Dweller with the stripboard layout on tagboardeffects, with a taptation circuit layout from DIYSB. I added the taptation circuit before I tested the cave dweller (noob move). I'm only getting dry signal even when I fiddle with the knobs. Any ideas why?

I'll get around to posting pictures tomorrow.
