Clean Blend and Phase Inversion

So I want to use this layout for a clean blend http://diy-layout.com/29 because it seems super simple, however it comes at the stipulation that the phase not be inverted. So my question is does the orange squeezer invert the phase? And for future reference and bonus points how can I identify that for myself in the future?

Somebody else should verify, but the inputsignal goes into the + terminal of the opamp, so I don't think the phase is inverted.
