Pork Barrel extra pads

Hi,
I finally got around to building the Pork Barrel yesterday, and I noticed some extra pads on the board. What's the story (R10, C6, IC1, IC2, IC3)?

Great board, by the way. There's some "wind" in there, though, that I really hope will disappear when I box it.

I'm guessing that you are talking about the smaller little holes in the middle of those parts. If so, those are vias. They happen whenever the trace needs to move from one side of the PCB to the other. They form the connection between the traces on each side.
